Wilson-Mohr can assist in the development of your Safety Requirement Specification and assignment of Safety Integrity Levels. Once the SRS and SIL assignments are complete, we can provide design and implementation services for the SIS and furnish SIL calculations confirming that the system as designed meets the specified requirements.
SRS Assistance:
Participate in PHA, identify existing and required layers of protection and determine the proper SIL assignments
Design:
Develop logic, electrical and mechanical design in accordance with ISA S84 requirements and industry & customer practices
SIL Verification:
Provide SIL calculations verifying that the design meets the specified SIL’s for each SIF
Implementation:
Control logic programming, HMI configuration, control panel and fuel skid fabrication
Testing:
Electrical continuity testing through functional logic test including customer witnessed FAT
Commissioning:
Installation supervision, site acceptance testing, start-up assistance and operational hand over
